pkoo Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the pkoo platform — whether via the website at pkoo.app or any associated subdomain or mobile interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you accept them unconditionally. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and pkoo (the "Platform"). If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the pkoo platform and close your account if one has already been created.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered on pkoo, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other supported sports), live casino games, online slot games, instant games such as Ludo Quick, table games, promotional bonuses, and all deposit and withdrawal transactions conducted in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank.

These terms should be read alongside pkoo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between the Player and the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms applicable to that specific offer shall take precedence for matters directly governed by that offer, with these Terms & Conditions governing all remaining matters.

Access to pkoo is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during their use of the platform:

• Age: You must be aged 18 years or older. pkoo enforces a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. 18+
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not permitted to hold a pkoo account.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — whether initiated by you through pkoo's own responsible gaming tools or through any other recognised self-exclusion programme. Players who are self-excluded and attempt to re-register in breach of their exclusion period will have any winnings forfeited and their account closed.
• Account standing: You must not have had a previous pkoo account closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other cause attributable to misconduct on your part.

pkoo takes its obligations regarding underage access seriously. Age and identity verification may be requested at any stage of the registration process or during the lifecycle of an active account. Where verification documents are requested, the account will be restricted from withdrawals — and in certain cases from play — until the verification process is satisfactorily completed. Acceptable identity documents include national identity cards, passports, and driving licences issued by Bangladeshi authorities.

To use the full range of pkoo services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a player account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the duration of your account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your identity documents, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a Bangladeshi mobile number associated with your bKash or Nagad account where applicable. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or use another person's identity documents or payment methods.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkoo Login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pkoo will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify pkoo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pkoo will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one pkoo account. If duplicate accounts are detected, pkoo reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, transfer any legitimate balance to the original verified account (at its sole discretion), and in cases of deliberate multi-accounting for the purpose of bonus abuse or fraud, forfeit all balances across all associated accounts.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

pkoo operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible platform standards. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the point of a player's first withdrawal request, when account activity exceeds defined thresholds, or at any time pkoo deems it necessary to verify a player's identity. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pkoo may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account.

All financial transactions on pkoo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkoo does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via local mobile wallet methods. The Player is responsible for any fees charged by their own bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkoo currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on pkoo is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Player's account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. pkoo reserves the right to adjust these thresholds from time to time and will notify Players of material changes via the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the Player's KYC verification status being complete and no active account restrictions being in place. Standard withdrawal processing to bKash and Nagad is completed promptly under normal operating conditions. pkoo reserves the right to apply additional processing time where enhanced verification is required or where the withdrawal triggers an internal risk review. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, as a measure to prevent money laundering.

4.4 Funds Security

Player funds held in pkoo accounts are treated as ring-fenced balances and are not used for pkoo's operational purposes. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. pkoo does not store Visa or Mastercard details on its servers — all card-based transactions use tokenisation provided by the relevant payment processor.

pkoo offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are specified in the promotional terms for that offer. Players must read and understand the specific wagering requirements before opting in to any bonus. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in BDT amounts to avoid any ambiguity.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

pkoo operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using systematic low-risk betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements without normal gameplay risk; colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers; and providing false information to qualify for a bonus. Where bonus abuse is detected, pkoo reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel all winnings derived from it, and close the associated account.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus funds or free spins that have not been wagered by the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically. The expiry period is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of issue. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

pkoo offers a range of gaming products including sports betting, live casino, online slots, instant games, and table games. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface. The following general rules apply across all product categories.

6.1 Certified RNG

All non-live game outcomes on pkoo are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems provided by the relevant game supplier. pkoo does not alter or interfere with RNG outputs. Game suppliers used by pkoo — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming — maintain independent certification of their RNG systems.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game outcomes in live casino are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers on camera. Live casino games are subject to the rules displayed in the game interface and the general terms of the relevant studio provider.

6.3 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) for domestic fixtures, the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international matches, and the equivalent bodies for other sports. In the event of a dispute regarding match result or settlement, pkoo's decision — made in reference to the official governing body's result — is final.

6.4 Bet Cancellation

pkoo reserves the right to cancel or void any bet where: the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error; the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or abandoned; or where there is evidence that the integrity of the underlying event has been compromised. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the player's pkoo account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkoo platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using the pkoo platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. pkoo cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigations relating to money laundering.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using privileged or non-public information, or in connection with any attempt to fix, manipulate, or influence the outcome of any sporting event.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any third-party tool that interacts with the pkoo platform in an automated manner without pkoo's express written consent.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one pkoo account, whether for personal use, bonus abuse, or any other purpose.
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargeback requests with your bank or card issuer in respect of legitimate pkoo transactions. Chargeback abuse will result in immediate account closure and recovery of the contested amount by all available legal means.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward pkoo staff or other players via any communication channel.

pkoo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pkoo has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The player is found to be, or is suspected to be, under the age of 18.
• The player's account has been used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• The player's account is subject to a chargeback request or payment dispute that has not been resolved in pkoo's favour.
• Regulatory requirements or a court order compels pkoo to restrict or close the account.
• The player requests voluntary account closure, including self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to close their pkoo account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to standard KYC requirements being met. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will not be included in the final balance.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem are strongly encouraged to make use of pkoo's self-exclusion feature. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Balances

Where an account is closed by pkoo due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, pkoo reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both deposited funds and winnings, where the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other deliberate misconduct. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — for example, due to a business decision by pkoo — any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player.
